The Fastcall Slack integration keeps you informed about important call activity directly in your Slack workspace. You can receive notifications for missed calls and incoming calls when your mobile phone is set as the inbound route.

With Slack notifications, you stay informed in real time, right where your team already communicates. This makes it easier to keep track of calls, follow up quickly, and maintain visibility even when you’re handling calls from your mobile device.
How to Enable Slack Notifications
Go to Fastcall Settings > Admin Settings > Integrations and Connect Slack.
After clicking Connect Slack, sign in to your workspace and allow the Fastcall app to access Slack.
Then go to Fastcall Settings > My Settings > Inbound Settings and enable Slack Notifications for Inbound Calls and for Missed Calls.
You’ll now start receiving notifications directly in your Slack workspace.
