The Do Not Associate Phone List allows you to exclude specific phone numbers from automatic association with Salesforce records. This helps prevent Fastcall from linking calls to unintended Contacts or Accounts when a phone number should only be associated with a designated record.
By adding a phone number to this list, you can control how Fastcall handles calls involving that number and ensure call logs remain associated with the appropriate Salesforce records.
How It Works
When a phone number is included in the Do Not Associate Phone List, Fastcall excludes it from automatic association with unintended Contact or Account records.
Configuring the Do Not Associate Phone List
To access the Do Not Associate Phone List, go to Fastcall Settings > Admin Settings > Call Handling > Inbound > Phone Number Search > Do Not Associate Phone List tab, and add the phone numbers to the list.
Adding a phone to the list will not affect existing relationships in the Phone-record relationship table.
The Do Not Associate Phone List gives you greater control over how Fastcall associates phone numbers with Salesforce records. It helps prevent incorrect associations, reduces confusion when phone numbers are shared across records, and keeps call logs organized under the appropriate records.
