Unit – Setting up Tags

This unit covers the admin functionality for Tags. By the end of it, you’ll be able to create them for your users to use in Fastcall. End-user training for Tags is found here.

Create Tags

In Fastcall Settings under Admin Settings > Tags. Click on the “+” icon to create a new tag.

Add a name and a description (optional) and click save.

Create tag

Use Tags to better organize SMS Templates, Call Results, and Recorded Messages.

You will be able to add any number of tags to these objects from their detail page.
