Inbound call & messages blocking (from the thread)
Fastcall can add a phone number to an internal block list. Calls or messages to this phone will not be delivered.
Call Restrictions
Fastcall also has a setting to prevent outbound messages or calls. An obvious example is “do not call.” Fastcall will block a call or message if a do not call flag is on the record. We can also block calls or messages based on status, ownership etc.
Time-based restrictions
For US & Canada – Avoid calling too early or too late based on the time zone of the area code.
