This unit covers the basic Tags functionality. By the end of it, you will be able to use Tags to better organize SMS Templates, Call Results, and Recorded Messages. This relies on your administrator creating tags for you.
You will be able to add any number of tags to each object from their detail page.
SMS Templates
You can add tags to SMS Templates when you create a new one or to an already existing template on the detail page.

You can filter by Tags in the SMS Templates list and in the Fastcall widget.


Recorded Messages
Under My Settings > Messages or under Admin Settings > Recorded Messages, you can add tags on each message detail page.

You can filter by Tags in the Recorded Messages list and in the Fastcall widget in the Voicemail section.


Call Results
Under Admin Settings > Logging > Results > Call Results, you can add tags on each call result detail page.

You can filter the list of Call Results by Tags, in the Fastcall settings and widget.
