In this module, you’ll learn about the Fastcall Mobile App. With this app, you can now answer and manage your business calls directly from your mobile device.
Mobile App
The Fastcall Mobile App allows users to answer inbound business calls directly from their mobile devices while remaining fully connected to Salesforce.
Whether you’re working remotely, traveling, away from your desk, or simply on the move, Fastcall helps you stay responsive and never miss important conversations.
With the Fastcall Mobile App, you can:
- Answer inbound calls from your mobile device
- Start outbound calls from your mobile device
- Stay connected while away from your computer
- Continue using Fastcall outside the office
- Keep all call activity synchronized with Salesforce
- Automatically log calls in Salesforce
Getting Started
- Download the Fastcall Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play and install it on your mobile device.

- In the Fastcall app in Salesforce desktop, open the softphone menu located in the top-left corner and select Mobile App Pairing.

- Use your Phone camera to scan the QR code displayed on screen. After scanning the QR code, approve the pairing request from the Fastcall Softphone.


- Once approved, your Fastcall Mobile App will be connected to Salesforce.

- Start answering inbound calls directly from your mobile device, no additional settings required.

- Use the dialpad to start outbound calls directly from your mobile device.

- All calls are automatically logged in Salesforce, ensuring that your activity history remains complete and up to date.
Answering Calls
After pairing is complete, you can begin answering inbound calls directly from the Fastcall Mobile App. No additional configuration or settings are required.
When a call is received on one of your User Inbound Routes, the call will be presented on your mobile device, allowing you to answer it from anywhere.
Important: The Fastcall Mobile App currently supports direct inbound calls to User Inbound Routes and to groups through ACD Round Robin Queues. Calls received through ACD simulring are not supported and will not be presented in the Mobile App.
