The Fastcall Mobile App requires certain device permissions to provide the full calling and notification experience. These permissions allow the app to operate correctly in the background, notify you of incoming calls, and provide access to essential features.
When you open the app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to grant the required permissions. Follow the prompts and select the recommended options to ensure the app functions as expected.
iOS
Camera Permission
Tap the Scan QR Code button and allow the app to access the camera.

If camera access is denied, a warning notification will appear. Click Open Settings and enable Camera permission.

Notification Permission
When logging in for the first time, allow notifications when prompted. Granting this permission is required to receive incoming call notifications and other important alerts. If notifications are denied, the app may not function as intended.

If notification access is denied, tap Open Settings, go to Notifications, and enable Notifications.

Microphone Permission
When making your first call, the app will request microphone access. Allow Microphone permission to continue.

If microphone access is denied, tap Open Settings and enable Microphone permission.

Android
Camera Permission
Tap the Scan QR Code button and grant Camera permission.

If permission is not granted, an alert will appear and you will be prompted to allow access again. Tap Allow and grant the required permission.

If permission is denied again, you will need to enable it from the settings. Tap Open Settings, then App Permissions > Camera, and allow Camera permission.

Background Activity
The app requires permission to run in the background. If this permission is not granted, some features may not work as expected.
When logging in for the first time, Battery settings will be displayed. Select No restrictions, then go back to the Fastcall app.

If you don’t select No restrictions, the app will be blocked. Tap Open Settings, search for Fastcall Mobile, and select Save power. Then choose No restrictions and return to the Fastcall Mobile app.

Notification Permission
You’ll also be prompted to allow notifications. Allowing this permission is necessary to receive incoming call notifications and other important alerts. If notifications are disabled, some app features may not work properly.

If permission is not granted, an alert will appear and you will be prompted to allow access again. Tap Allow and grant the required permission.

If permission is denied again, you’ll need to enable notifications from the settings. Tap Open Settings, turn on Show notifications, and then return to the Fastcall Mobile app.

Microphone Permission
When making your first call, the app will request microphone access. Allow Microphone permission to continue.

If permission is not granted, an alert will appear and you will be prompted to allow access again. Tap Allow and grant the required permission.

If permission is denied again, you will need to enable it from the settings. Tap Open Settings, then App Permissions > Microphone, and allow Microphone permission.

Go back to the Fastcall Mobile app. You’re now ready to use the app.
