How to set-up BeLocal to use a local caller ID on the outbound call

There are a few steps required setup BeLocal; all managed with Fastcall Settings.

  1. Create a Salesforce group.
  2. Provision the numbers in Fastcall.
  3. Setup the ACD.
  4. Set the ACD receivers for your users.

Phone numbers used as caller ID will route returned calls to the Salesforce ACD. Calls to a BeLocal caller ID number will not route back to the user who placed the outbound call.
