The Fastcall Panel in the Salesforce utility bar provides a lightweight, always-available interface that allows users to handle Fastcall communications without navigating away from their current Salesforce page.
Within the Fastcall Panel admins or managers can monitor on-hold calls in real time and answer them when needed. They can also view missed calls and take action on them directly from the panel.
Adding the Fastcall Panel to the utility bar provides both convenience and a boost in efficiency. It streamlines communication, allowing your team to work more quickly and effectively—ultimately improving overall productivity.
