In this unit, you’ll learn the phone number claiming/releasing steps, while you are connected to the trial sub-account.
If you are in the Testing Mode you will be connected to a shared Fastcall trial sub-account at no charge.
Here you will be able to provision up to 2 pre-registered phone numbers for testing Calls and
SMS right away both in the USA and the rest of the world.
Provision Phone Numbers
To provision a new phone number go to Fastcall Settings > Admin Settings > Phone Numbers > Manage Phone Numbers and click on the Provision New Phone Number button.
Then you will see a list of Fastcall phone numbers available for the trial sub-account. You can select a maximum of two phone numbers.
Releasing Phone Numbers
Once you end testing the Fastcall app, you have to release those numbers. Go to the Phone Number settings and click on the Release Phone button. The phone number will be released from this org.
