Outbound upgrades include dial by list, voicemail drop, control over caller ID and more.

RECORD CALLS

Call recording is an awesome training tool. Fastcall puts the recorded call on the Salesforce task where you can control access by profile. We give very detailed control of call recording settings to meet each use case.

Fastcall SMS allows you to send messages using your Fastcall phone number as caller ID. Each message creates a task in Salesforce; the text of the message is added to the Salesforce Task. Sending messages is a great way to follow a phone call or voicemail. You can also use messages to remind prospects of a scheduled call or meeting.
