Call Transfer/Conference – Option for cold vs warm transfer in the Softphone

At Fastcall, we’re constantly striving to enhance your communication experience. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our latest update to our call transfer/conference feature, designed to optimize your workflow.
We understand that every call is unique, and your transfer preferences may vary depending on the situation.

Now admins can choose, in the Fastcall Settings, the Transfer Mode between warm or cold transfer, or let the user choose.

If User Choose mode is selected, the user will have the option to choose between warm or cold transfer in the softphone.
