In our September release we introduce dial by list, an awesome new feature that makes hitting your call goals even easier.
With FastCall dial by list, you create a list view using standard Salesforce filters, or use an existing Campaign.
With “listen in” managers can monitor calls in real time using their office or mobile phones. Managers join the in-progress call on mute.
Dial by list and listen in are advanced features available in the Sales+ Edition of FastCall.
