Stay connected wherever work takes you. With the new Fastcall Mobile App, you can now answer and manage your business calls directly from your mobile device.

Whether you’re working remotely, traveling, away from your desk, or simply on the move, Fastcall helps you stay responsive and never miss important conversations.

Getting Started

  • Download the Fastcall Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play

  • In the Fastcall app in Salesforce desktop, go to Mobile App Pairing from the Softphone menu in the top-left corner.

  • Use your Phone camera to scan the QR code displayed on screen, then approve the pairing from the Softphone.

  • Your Fastcall Mobile App is now connected to Salesforce.

  • Start answering inbound calls directly from your mobile device, no additional settings required.

  • All calls will continue to be automatically logged in Salesforce.

🚀 Live Transcriptions & Captions Are Here

Follow every conversation in real time with the new Live Transcriptions and Captions feature in Fastcall.

Now, during active calls, you can view real-time transcriptions and captions directly from the call interface, making conversations easier to follow, review, and understand, without missing important details.

Whether you’re in a noisy environment or simply need additional visibility during calls, Live Transcriptions help improve communication and accessibility for your team.

Live captions and transcriptions help teams stay focused, improve communication, and make conversations easier to follow—without missing important details.

How to Enable

  • Go to Fastcall Settings > Admin Settings > Conversational Intelligence > Settings and enable Live Transcription for all calls.

  • To see Live Transcriptions, click on the “Show Live Transcription” button in the call header.
