🚀 Stay in the Loop: Slack Notifications for Missed & Mobile Calls

Never miss an important call, no matter where it comes from.

What’s new?

You’ll now receive Slack notifications for:

  • Missed calls
  • Incoming calls when your mobile phone is set as the inbound route

Why it matters

When calls are routed to your mobile, it’s easy to lose visibility. With Slack notifications, you stay informed in real time, right where your team already communicates.

How to Enable

Go to Fastcall Settings > Admin Settings > Fastcall Subscription and Connect Slack.

After clicking Connect Slack, sign in to your workspace and allow the Fastcall app to access Slack.

Then go to Fastcall Settings > My Settings > Inbound Settings and enable Slack Notifications for Inbound Calls and for Missed Calls.

You’ll now start receiving notifications directly in your Slack workspace.
