Highlights for Version 6.0

  • Improved ACD Routing – now supporting simulring for user routes.
  • Ability to stop call recording
  • Calls can be blocked with Do Not Call
  • Improvements to SMS
  • Call results settings

Added queue option to inbound ACD calls
Today, inbound calls with the auto call distribution (ACD) option ring each user in the designated group in a circle (round robin) or all at once (simulring). We have added a new option to place calls on hold until an agent becomes available. The hold option plays music and we read the position in the queue.

Added media to SMS Fastcall
SMS now accepts media (MMS); we can receive pictures, documents etc. Unified widget and dashboard UI With this update, you will find the UI of the widget more closely follows the dashboard.

Reduced backend processing time
While reducing processing time is always a goal and an area we continuously improve, we released more significant improvements.

Voicemail transcription
Voicemail can be optionally transcribed. The transcription can be added to the Salesforce Task and the Fastcall missed call email.
