Conference – Multiple Participants

We are thrilled to unveil our latest feature designed to revolutionize communication within your organization: Conference with multiple participants.

We’ve been hard at work refining your conference call experience by separating Call Transfer and Conference Calls paths, each with its own distinct UI. This ensures a smoother and more intuitive process when managing your calls.

In earlier versions, our app featured Cold Transfer and Warm Transfer functionalities. In this latest release, we’ve renamed them as Call Transfer and Conference, respectively. Call Transfer operates akin to the former Cold Transfer, while Conference includes the previous Warm Transfer functionality, but also allows conferencing with an unlimited number of participants.

Call transfer: drops the user making the transfer from the call, and then calls the user the call is transferred to. Call transfer is a call setup with two legs.

Conference: In this mode you can stay in the call and add multiple Fastcall agents and multiple external participants to the call.

But that’s not all! We’ve also revamped the UI to display the list of participants in your conference call. Now, you’ll have complete visibility into who’s on the call, making it easier to manage discussions and collaborations effectively.
