version 9.17

Introduction to 9.17

Explore our latest update, where we’ve fixed various bugs, and added exciting new features to enhance your experience. Following, we present some of these changes.

IVR Call Transfers to Groups Are Now Available on Mobile

We’ve expanded support for IVR call transfers to Groups using Simulring to include Salesforce Mobile.

This enhancement builds on existing IVR Group Transfers by allowing calls to ring not only on the desktop softphone, but also on users’ mobile devices. Team members can now answer IVR group calls directly from Salesforce Mobile notifications, making it easier to stay responsive while away from their desks.
