Salesforce Mobile – User Settings
We’re thrilled to announce the addition of Fastcall User Settings in the Salesforce Mobile App, giving you more flexibility and control on the go!
How to Access
Tap the gear icon in the Conversations List or within a specific Conversation Thread view to access your settings instantly.

In the new Fastcall User Settings, you can:
- Change the Default Mobile Device.
- Update your User Status.
- Enable or disable Voicemail.
- Enable or disable Call Recording.

This new functionality makes managing your Fastcall settings more convenient than ever. Explore it today to customize your experience and optimize your workflow!

Inbound Routing Settings – Add option to press key to accept call
We’re excited to announce a new feature that enhances call handling flexibility. You can now enable a setting to require pressing a key to accept incoming calls on external devices. Please note, this feature is not available for the Softphone.
Benefits
- Prevents accidental call pickups: Ensures calls are intentionally answered, reducing disruptions.
- Improved call management: Ideal for shared devices or environments where multiple calls may come through.
- Enhanced control: Provides an extra layer of confirmation before connecting.
How to Enable This Feature
Navigate to Fastcall Settings > Inbound Settings. In the Inbound Routing section, add a device or edit an existing one.

Enable the setting “Require Key Press to Accept Call” for your desired device.

This feature is designed to offer greater control and improve the user experience when managing calls through external devices.
How It Works
When someone calls your phone number, you will hear an audio prompt saying:
- Press 1 to accept the call.
- Press 9 or hang up to reject the call.
