This summer we announced a major update

FASTCALL VERSION 4.2

The Fastcall widget has a completely updated front end  – 100% Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS.) The new Fastcall widget has a fixed height to better accommodate Salesforce Lighting Experience. We moved all navigation within the widget to a left sidebar; no more resizing up and down within the call. This was a complete frontend redesign packed with usability improvements.

In Version 4.2 we updated the backend code in the widget. While these changes are not user facing, your users will see an improvement in performance.

Another exciting update in 4.2 is: call transfer

Calls can now be transferred to Fastcall users, other Salesforce users or to a group. Calls transferred to a group send the call to an IVR and/or ACD. For example, users can transfer a call to a support group.  And calls using IVR can now be transferred to a fixed phone number. For example, for overflow to a call center. Before, within an IVR, calls could only be transferred to Fastcall users.

We are also relating calls together when a second, follow-up call is a reply; for example a missed call.

Last, Fastcall continued to improve the new call object for call reporting.

We look forward to your helpful feedback.
