Fastcall in Salesforce mobile improvements
This release introduces major improvements to the Fastcall experience in the Salesforce Mobile App, making it faster and easier to place and manage calls while on the go.
We’re excited to announce that we’ve released a new, standalone Fastcall Mobile application inside Salesforce Mobile!
Dialpad
We’ve added a new Dialpad directly inside the Salesforce mobile interface. You can now place outbound calls instantly, without needing to open a record first. Just open the app and start dialing — faster, simpler, and perfect for on-the-go productivity.

Control Panel
The Control Panel now appears in the bottom navigation bar, giving you quick access to your active, on-hold, and missed calls. This streamlined layout makes call management more intuitive and keeps your conversation status always within reach.

Conversational Intelligence for Voicemail
We’re expanding the power of Conversational Intelligence to include voicemail interactions, giving your team deeper insight into every missed call. Now, when a call routes to voicemail, the recording is automatically transcribed and analyzed by your configured AI provider. This means you’ll immediately have access to clear, readable transcripts, along with AI-generated summaries and sentiment analysis—all designed to help you understand the context, tone, and importance of each message at a glance.
By bringing voicemail into the same intelligence framework as calls, Fastcall ensures no interaction goes unnoticed or unanalyzed. Your team can follow up more effectively, prioritize messages with greater accuracy, and maintain a complete picture of every customer touchpoint. This enhancement elevates voicemail from a simple recording to a fully processed and actionable conversation asset within your workflow.
