Share Detailed Information With The Support Team

If you’re someone who’s not a tech pro and you need to ask for support, be very detailed in explaining the problem to support. List everything you have tried so far (for example, restarting the computer or the router). Support will want to know other details, too. For example, if you are in a team environment, is this an issue for only you, or is it happening to several users? When did it start? When was the last time you did not have the problem? The support team will appreciate your being thorough, and they will be more eager to help next time. – Richard Rosen, Fastcall
