Introduction to 9.26
Explore our latest update, where we’ve fixed various bugs and added exciting new features to enhance your experience. Following, we present some of these changes.
🚀 Smarter Inbound Routing Starts Here: New Call Controls Available
We’ve added a new No Answer IVR setting to inbound routes as an alternative to the existing voicemail option for missed calls. Users can now choose what happens when an inbound call is not answered by the selected destination: run an IVR action or send the call to voicemail.
What’s New
- New No Answer IVR option on inbound route settings
- When enabled, unanswered inbound calls can trigger an IVR flow instead of immediately going to voicemail
- Keeps the existing voicemail option available. You can still choose voicemail, No Answer IVR, or combine them (IVR first → voicemail fallback)
How to Enable
Go to Fastcall Settings > My Settings > Inbound Settings and enable Route to IVR in Missed Calls Settings.

🚀 A Fresh New Look for Fastcall Panels
We’ve introduced a refreshed user interface for the Fastcall panels to deliver a cleaner, more modern experience across the platform.
The updated design improves layout, visual clarity, and overall usability, making it easier for users. While the core functionality remains the same, the new UI enhances the way information is presented and helps streamline everyday workflows.
What’s New
- Updated visual design with a cleaner and more modern look
- Improved layout for easier navigation and readability
- Better organization of call controls and information
- Consistent interface across Fastcall panels

Why It Matters
The new interface provides a smoother and more intuitive experience, helping users find what they need faster and interact with Fastcall more efficiently during their daily tasks.

🚀 Improved Outbound Calling Experience
Following the introduction of Call Routing V2 for inbound call flows, this enhanced routing engine is now also available for outbound calls.
Routing V2 represents a major upgrade to Fastcall’s core call-routing infrastructure, designed to improve how routing decisions are processed significantly. With optimized processing and a new infrastructure layer, routing actions are executed much faster, allowing calls to connect more quickly and improving the responsiveness of call controls.
By extending Routing V2 to outbound calls, Fastcall ensures that both inbound and outbound communications benefit from the same high-performance routing logic.
What’s New
- Outbound calls now use the Routing V2 engine
- Faster routing decisions when initiating calls
- Reduced delay when starting outbound calls
- Improved responsiveness for call actions
Why It Matters
Routing V2 delivers a noticeable performance improvement across the calling experience. By accelerating routing logic and call processing, teams can start calls faster and interact with call controls more smoothly, especially in environments handling large volumes of calls.
How to Enable
Routing V2 can be activated in:
Fastcall Settings > Advanced Settings > Advanced Call Settings > Enable Call Routing V2.
