Fastcall is a powerful product with a lot of features, but it’s easy to get started with our training resources. This should be familiar to you if you use Salesforce Trailhead – guides, modules and units. Guides contain a set of modules and are aimed at a particular group of users. Modules cover one particular topic and are made up of separate units. A unit is a set of text, screenshots and videos that explains a particular feature or process.
It’s all searchable and cross-linked too, so if you need a quick reference about a particular feature, it’s easy to dive in.
