  • Select Fastcall from the application menu at the top, and then go to the Reports tab.
  • You can click on the Fastcall Phone Activity Dashboard to see the graphs of the different reports. You can add the dashboard to your home page, by going to Setup -> Customize -> Home -> Home Page Layouts, clicking on Edit for the layout you want to modify, and checking the Dashboard Snapshot item. On your home page, you’ll see a Dashboard section. Click on Customize page at the top right of the section, and select the Fastcall snapshot.

  • On the Reports tab, if you select the Fastcall folder, you’ll be able to see the following reports:
  • Leads and Fastcall Score Days Since Last Call tells you when Leads are getting cold.

  • Calls Sorted by User
