Select Fastcall from the application menu at the top, and then go to the Reports tab.
You can click on the Fastcall Phone Activity Dashboard to see the graphs of the different reports. You can add the dashboard to your home page, by going to Setup -> Customize -> Home -> Home Page Layouts, clicking on Edit for the layout you want to modify, and checking the Dashboard Snapshot item. On your home page, you’ll see a Dashboard section. Click on Customize page at the top right of the section, and select the Fastcall snapshot.
On the Reports tab, if you select the Fastcall folder, you’ll be able to see the following reports:
Leads and Fastcall ScoreDays Since Last Call tells you when Leads are getting cold.
Calls Sorted by User
Calls sorted by Result
Calls sorted by Presentation Rates using Call Duration
Leads and Recorded Calls
Contacts and Recorded Calls
Leads and Call Score
Contacts and Call Score
Leads, Tasks and Twilio Billing
