• FastCall is designed for teams. We do not support single user subscriptions. FastCall is installed from the Salesforce AppExchange; and as a native app, the entire application will be installed in your Salesforce org.
  • Pricing is per user per month. See below for our minimum subscription requirements and discounts for annual subscriptions.
  • FastCall is easy to set-up if you have basic Salesforce skills. You should set aside at least 45-60 minutes. FastCall can only be installed by a Salesforce user in the Administrator profile. FastCall does not require that the admin have a FastCall license, but it does help.
  • There is a five user minimum with the FastCall base edition. The minimum fee for the base edition is $150 when billed monthly. Each additional user is $30/month. There is a 15 percent discount offered for annual payments after the first month. FastCall requires that the first month be paid on the monthly rate. There is a free 7 day trial by default.
  • The Sales+ Edition ($600 / user / per year) is an upgrade and includes BeLocal (calling with a local caller ID,) dial by list, upgraded inbound call routing features and more. The upgrade to Sales+ is enabled after FastCall is installed from the AppExchange. These editions – Base Edition and Sales+ are the same package. Sales+ is an upgrade enabled by FastCall after the package is installed. BeLocal – our upgrade that uses a local caller ID is only licensed on an annual agreement and with 10 users or more.
  • FastCall requires a Twilio account to complete and control phone calls. Using the FastCall Softphone, Twilio charges $.0175 per minute. Using click-to-dial, Twilio charges $.03/minute. Twilio charges $1 per inbound phone number / month. International rates vary. Twilio does not charge a monthly fee or minimum. You pay for usage only.   • FastCall offers a version of the application that logs calls without using Twilio. This call logger version without Twilio is $100 per user on an annual plan (10 or more users we have a monthly option @ $10 / user.) This version of FastCall logs and scores your calls but does not dial outbound calls or route inbound calls. Twilio – required to dial a call – cannot be connected at this subscription level. If Twilio is connected the subscription will automatically be upgraded. The call logger subscription is not selected from the AppExchange; install the package and contact us to arrange the subscription for you.
  • FastCall can be installed in a Salesforce sandbox for an unlimited trial. There is no licensing or payment in a sbox.
  • In production there is a 7 day trial by default. You must add a credit card to install FastCall in a Salesforce production org. The subscription is paid for and managed in Salesforce. If the trial subscription is not cancelled at some point during the 7 calendar day trial, the paid subscription will begin and the credit card will be charged. FastCall subscribers manage their subscriptions only in the Salesforce AppExchange.
  • Depending on your Salesforce skills, the complexity of your org, the size of your team; and your specific use of FastCall, setup will take from 15 minutes to a few hours. Enterprise Edition or above is required to connect Twilio and you must have a minimum of 2 licenses.
  • Salesforce only allows users with admin rights to install an application from the AppExchange. The installing admin is automatically given a FastCall license. FastCall is not designed to be setup by a Standard User in Salesforce. And if you need to grant support access to FastCall for help, this must be done by your admin.
  • In a Salesforce production org when connecting Twilio you must have at least 2 licenses. You must also be in an Enterprise Edition of Salesforce or above. You want to start with at least 2 FastCall licenses. User licenses are not required in a sandbox or development org.
  • Our monthly fees do not include application set-up and we do not include setup in a trial. Paid support and paid setup are available. FastCall subscribers have Salesforce admin resources available to them. FastCall will support your admin who in turn supports your users. We do not provide tier one end user support. If you do not have an admin available to your team, your Salesforce Account Executive can refer you to a solution partner.
  • Payment by credit card only. Partial months are not refunded or prorated. If a monthly subscription is cancelled due to nonpayment, the subscription can only be renewed on an annual plan.
  • FastCall discounts for nonprofits if Salesforce is also giving the NPO a discount. However, our billing system only allows one coupon. Nonprofits will have a reduced licence fee, but the site guest user must be paid.
  • FastCall may not support all OEM editions of Salesforce. If you are on an OEM edition (licensed from a 3rd party and not directly from Salesforce,) please notify us.
