Once Upon A Time…
Fastcall411 was founded – an innovative local search phone directory company – that served as Fastcall’s very first incarnation
2009
Our Salesforce Origins
Fastcall411 restructured its business model and applied its patented phone technology to Salesforce consulting for the first time
2011
Our Dialer Origins
Fastcall411 launched a project called BeFast that automatically qualified a Salesforce consulting client’s lead list in Salesforce and connected these leads to sales agents
2012
Our Phone Application Origins
Fastcall411 programmed an outbound call process for a Salesforce consulting client that served as the predecessor to Fastcall’s current phone application
2013
Fastcall Officially Launches
Fastcall unveiled its very first listing in the Salesforce AppExchange, an outbound-only dialer
2014
Fastcall Version 2.0 Launches
Fastcall began using Salesforce Open CTI and added inbound calling features
2016
Fastcall Version 3.0 Launches
Fastcall was reconfigured to be compatible with Salesforce Lightning Experience
2017
Fastcall Version 4.0 Launches
Fastcall introduced a new dashboard, data model, and design using Lightning Design System
