Phone numbers used as caller ID will route returned calls to the Salesforce ACD. Calls to a BeLocal caller ID number will not route back to the user who placed the outbound call. - Create a Salesforce group.
- Provision the numbers in FastCall.
- Setup the ACD.
- Set the ACD receivers for your users.
