FastCall keeps our app settings in the browser cookie. This speeds performance, but does require a “reset” when updating any settings in our app. The affected settings include:

  • Caller ID (from number)
  • Twilio settings
  • Call results
  • Settings for the paid upgrade (notes, etc)

To resolve an issue we always first try the “reset” button in the FastCall widget. This should reset the cookie.

If the reset does not resolve the problem, try to replicate the issue in another browser. If the issue does not replicate in a new browser, then we can focus the solution on your browser. If the issue replicates in multiple browsers we can try another path for resolution.
